Naomi, Ronald & Donald Terranella

Together, the Terranella siblings have lived through sorrow and joy, failure and success, chaos and calm, and sin and redemption. Throughout all of life’s seasons, they’ve learned that God holds them firmly in His loving, powerful hands. He offers strength, guidance, and compassion for all who listen to His voice.

Everyone’s poems start with inspiration. For each of these authors, the story is different.

The inspiration for Ronald Terranella’s poetry comes from his relationships with people. He has maintained a nursing home, and multiple establishments that serve folks, including Harmony Place, a shelter for people who need homes. He has also served others as a very skilled construction worker.

Donald Terranella, Ronald’s twin brother, has followed a similar path for his inspiration. He is also a gifted construction worker and builder. He freely offers his talents to maintain his church and the homes of many people in his church family. For fun, he volunteers at a food pantry and goes on rescue missions. Donald believes that the key to happiness is giving gratitude to God for all that God does.

For Naomi Terranella, the inspiration for her poetry stems from working with very special people and witnessing God’s wonderful works. She has known the joys of being a special education teacher in schools, and a speech pathologist in hospitals and nursing homes.

In sharing their poetry, the Terranellas all have the same purpose: they pray that their poems will bless someone with the comfort, peace, and hope that a belief in God provides.
